Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States — no minimum purchase required.
Order Processing
Every Graintables piece is handcrafted from solid wood. Orders are typically processed and prepared within 5–10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak seasons, processing may take a few additional days.
Shipping Time
After processing, delivery within the United States typically takes 3–7 business days. Total delivery time is approximately 10–17 business days from the order date. Larger pieces may ship via freight carriers, whose schedules can add a few days.
Shipping Area
We currently ship within the United States only. We are working on expanding to more countries — if you are outside the US and interested in a piece, contact us and we will let you know as soon as shipping to your country is available.
Tracking Your Order
You will receive a tracking number by email within 1–2 business days after your order ships. Tracking may take 1–2 days to update; if it does not work within 3 business days, please contact us.
Address Changes
Requests to change the shipping address must be made within 24 hours of placing the order via our Contact page. Once an order is in production or has shipped, the address can no longer be changed.
Missing or Late Deliveries
If any items are missing from your delivery, please report it within 48 hours of receipt. If your delivery is delayed well beyond the estimated time, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier right away.
