Each Graintables piece is handcrafted from natural solid wood. Wood grain, color, and texture vary naturally from piece to piece — these variations are characteristics of genuine handmade wooden furniture, not defects. We make every effort to display our products accurately, but colors and appearance may differ slightly depending on your screen. All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
3. Orders, Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in US dollars unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a full refund. Prices and promotions may change at any time without notice; promotions cannot be applied retroactively.
4. Shipping & Returns
Shipping timelines and costs are described in our Shipping Policy. Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
5. Custom Orders
Customized pieces (size, finish, or design changes made at your request) are made specifically for you and are non-returnable, except in cases of damage or defect. Production timelines for custom orders are estimates and may vary.

All content on this site — including text, designs, product photography, graphics, and logos — is the property of Graintables or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without our prior written consent.
